Payment & cancellation
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a full refund; later cancellations receive a 50% refund; from the day before arrival, no refund is made.

Pets are not permitted because the apartment is also rented to guests with allergies.
